Prices

•   The mentioned prices are per day and apartment for a maximum number of people in each unit.

The following services are included in the costs:

•  Extra cleaning for longer stay than 5 days

General Conditions

• Minimum Minimum stay of 3 days is required in April, May, October, November and December
• Minimum stay of 5 days is required in June, July, August, September and Christmas
• Short stay available on request
• In order to guarantee the reservation, we require a deposit of 30% of the booked arrangement
• The balance of the booked arrangement has to be paid 35 days prior to arrival
• For cancellations within 30 days prior to arrival the deposit will not be refund
• For cancellations less than 29 days before arrival, no-show and early departure, we a 100% cancellation fee will be applied
• Security Deposit has to be paid in cash or credit card upon arrival

• Apartments are non-smoking
• Free outdoor parking for 1 car per apartment
